Yahoo! Maps ist umgezogen und hat jetzt seine Heimat bei Yahoo!, was bedeutet: Bessere Skalierbarkeit, besseres Upgrade-Management, leichtere Integrierbarkeit neuer Features und verbesserte Fähigkeiten, die Genauigkeit zu verbessern ("Yahoo! Maps Global Rollout Gets a New Look – and a New Platform!"). Damit dürften die Tage des Yahoo! Routenplaners für Deutschland in Zusammenarbeit mit Map24 gezählt sein.

- Routenplaner für 34 europäische Länder von der amerikanischen Yahoo! Maps Site
(Beispiel: Von INJELEA nach Hamburg Altona) - Ein frisches "Look and Feel", das eindeutig Yahoo! ist
- Overlays für mittlere und hohe Zoomlevel (z.B. für Touristische Attraktionen, Ausgrabungsstätten)
